Normal time 2.pm to 3 pm
In case of telephonic conversations, if customer care executives are attending any other call or in meeting or engaged in some other situations you can expect a return call;
within 30 minutes in normal cases,
within 90 minutes in busy time,
Otherwise you are requested to call again as a reminder.
Monday to Saturday – 9.30 am to 6.00 pm.
