Those who require separate rooms can get them booked thro’ the organizers, on request and payment. Any one who opts to sleep in the dormitory will be given admission cards by the Nirvahana Samithy. For getting admission card, the applicant has to furnish his/her full name and address with phone numbers of his/her household together with a copy of his/her electoral identity card/pan card/passport/driving lecence. Those who want separate rooms can get them booked thro’ the Nirvahana Samithy . The rentals etc. will have to be borne by the occupant(s). There also proper identification would be necessary.
